Special Session Guidelines

Session Proposal Approval:
Each special session must be pre-approved by the Conference Organizing Chair, including a clearly defined title, scope,
and expected outcomes.

Minimum Paper Requirement:
A special session must contain a minimum of 8 high-quality papers, all processed through the standard conference review system.

Independent Review Process:
Special session organizers must arrange at least 2 expert reviewers per paper, ensuring unbiased and timely evaluation.

Conflict of Interest Policy:
Organizers must not review or influence the review of any paper where they have authorship or a direct conflict of interest.

Adherence to Conference Guidelines:
All papers must follow the official submission format, templates, review and similarity policies, and deadlines set by the conference.

Registration & Presentation Requirement:
All accepted papers must be registered and presented (online or offline as applicable) during the designated special session.

Quality Assurance & Final Approval:
Special session organizers must ensure academic quality and submit a summary report to the Conference Committee.
Final approval of all selected papers rests solely with the General Chair of the conference.
