1. Papers exceeding 12 pages in the prescribed Springer format will incur additional page charges — INR 500 per extra page for Indian authors and USD 10 per extra page for foreign authors.
2. Registration fee for the conference includes presentation during the conference, attendance to all the sessions, and keynote talks.
3. The conference will be conducted in HYBIRD MODE on Day 1. All offline participants are required to arrange their own travel and accommodation. The conference organizers will not be responsible for participants’ travel or stay. Only tea/coffee, high tea, and working lunch on Day 1 will be provided at the venue. Day-2 will be conducted ONLINE only.
4. Short Paper/Poster will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Once a participant has registered and paid the conference fee, the registration cannot be cancelled. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. Adding a new author after acceptance is not allowed.
